Sink Overflow Causes Ceiling Collapse

SERVPRO of Overbrook/Wynnefield responded to a call of a ceiling collapse. The sink was left on and ended up overflowing. The water softened up the structure and the ceiling caved in into the kitchen below. We were able to mitigate the situation and make sure the rest of the water is collected so that it doesn't continue to make a mess. The drywall had to be collected as well because particles tend to linger in the air. Equipment was set and the clean up process began.
